Firstly I want to put this out that I am not one of those who reads a lot because Ecclesiastes 12:12 NLT “But, my child, let me give you some further advice: Be careful, for writing books is endless, and much study wears you out”
But its important that as youths in this age of constant distraction in social media, TV and the rest of the world that we withdraw and read, we should invest in buying books, i remember growing up to a sticker in my room that read “reading is refreshing” and that has been such a huge inspiration even now that i’m all grown up. Truth is reading gives you an edge and knowledge is beautiful, more priced than anything, plus its part of what Gods instructions are in the bible.
1Timothy 4:13a says “Until I come, apply yourself to reading, to exhortation to teaching..
I really hope that you pick a book this week and even though it takes you forever to finish, its a start up point to the precious end.. xoxo

Hi grace,
I love this post. Reading really wears one out. As a university student I can so relate to this but it pays off(you know when you see your grades).
Also reading books that are not academic books is also very fruitful because knowledge is priceless.
I find that the more you read, you wiser you become.
