HOW TO STYLE AN UNCONVENTIONAL ANKARA TWO PIECE

 
Ankara will always be my favorite and I feel that styling Ankara outfits, was what made me famous, or at least it earned me one of first bellanaija feature and then consequently a lot more on their asoebibella page.

Lately I’ve slacked in my Ankara game but thanks to Mayrush for constantly changing the game. Now one can think of unconventional fun ways to style Ankara. P.s did y’all know that Ankara isn’t a native African attire and was gotten from the Dutch, yea check yourself again (😂) anyways not to spoil anyone’s mood I’m glad we’ve made good use of it though.

So I got another pair of their new collection after styling some of their outfits HERE and HERE honestly both came as different pieces but I didn’t want to style them the conventional way and decided to twist it up a bit and since it came with a jacket i thought was bomb and in rhyming colors with the gown, I decided to pair them up and woosh what a great idea it was.

I loved how I paired it because it gave it this business classy and work look, which isn’t always associated with the Ankara print, would love to know your thoughts
