Anyone who has followed Janet Jackson’s career would acknowledge that she’s a tour de force. Asides from her music, I personally love her for her fashion takes, which are often controversial or edgy. In her prime, her style was ‘garish’ but at the same time ‘poetic.’ My look today is inspired by her 1992 denim look, which I have looked forward to re-creating for a while.
