TELLUS A BIT ABOUT YOURSELF

I’m a student at the College of Medicine, university of Laos
studying Dental Surgery precisely. I’m also a Fashion stylist and men’s fashion
blogger. I love the good things of life, lol don’t we all? I have a profound
passion for fashion and aesthetics generally as well which is a huge drive for
what I do.
BEING A MEDICAL SCHOOL ISNT AN EASY FEAT, HOW DO YOU JUGGLE
BETWEEN BOTH WORLDS (FASHION & MEDICAL SCHOOL)
That’s very true! It’s definitely not an easy feat, no where
closed to that infact but there’s almost nothing that’s impossible if you are
determined quite passionately to do it and with God on your side, now that’s
ultimately important. Time management as well, I take my time very seriously
because my schedule doesn’t allow me to waste It and I’ve so far been able to
set my priorities and structure my time that being a fashion lover does not
conflict with my education and support from my family and friends is a major
factor too.

HAVEYOU ALWAYS BEEN FASHIONABLE, IF NOT WHAT WAS YOUR
EARLIER PERCEPTION OF MEN IN FASHION

Lol I can’t remember if I wore the trending diapers when I
was a baby but for as long as I can remember I’d like to believe so, even when
all the school uniforms were the Same back then in secondary school, I still
paid extra attention to every detail. Ive always percieved men to be well
dressed, even when it’s casual, because your style is an expression of your
personality.

WHATIS FASHION TO YOU
Fashion is many things to me. It’s a mirror where I see a
reflection of myself and the world infact. Apart from the beauty of it, it’s
also very important in so many other ways. Communication being one of the most
important. You express yourself with the clothes you wear.
THEFRINGE BENEFITS THAT COMES WITH BLOGGING
Being a blogger exposes you to a lot of people and also
makes them exposed to you. It’s you letting people know certain things you want
them to know and there’s a feeling of fulfilment kinda that’s achieved from
that. You get your ideas out there, get feedback, you’ll be amazed at how many
thinkers are out there, you create relationships and business links as the case
may be, that’s a lot of benefits already!

WHAT NOTION ABOUT AFRICAN BLOGGERS DO YOU THINK NEEDS TO BE
CHANGED
There’s this general prejudice that most African bloggers
are just jobless people that have nothing to do with their time and just spend
all of it in front of the computer. I can’t speak for everybody either but for
those that blog about creative and constructive things, that’s rather
disrespectful and discouraging, some people devote time out of no time to get
word out that you just might not get easily elsewhere and I think they should
be appreciated more, for those that already do, they are the real MVP’s!

FAVORITE WARDROBE PIECE
Lol I can’t pin point one thing sadly, I have a favorite
wardrobe piece at different times, sometimes when it’s new, it automatically is
my favorite, sometimes when it’s what I need the most, it becomes the one.

HOW HAS YOUR BLOG INSPIRED UPCOMING MALE BLOGGERS
I actually get a lot of messages from guys telling me how
they love my blog, how do I keep up, how there’s no time and all but the
consistency is the fact that they all have a common interest and passion, all
they need is fuel to the fire y’know. So I just try to keep doing what I love,
making it obvious that it really is possible to merge because that’s the most
common reoccurring problem.

YOURUSUAL ADVICE TO THEM AND TO BLOGGERS WHO MIGHT WANT TO
FOLLOW IN YOUR STEP
Identify what your passion is. Its really about them not me
because we’re all different people. It’s fine if it’s a contrast to your
profession, it Might not be easy but if you’re willing to make little
sacrifices for your passion, then it’s possible. Manage your time properly,
don’t forget the important things, God, Family, Friends. Contrasts are
inevitable but Conflicts shouldn’t result and be diligent.

FUNFACT ABOUT YOU
Lol I’m a football fan, I love love love football. I play, I
watch and all of that, I wonder why some people find it hard to believe.
