this is the final look..so lets start the procedures to achieving this..
STEP ONE
I apply my black opal double concealer and foundation with my tara pounder then I line my eye
STEP 2
apply properly on face with brush
STEP 3
I apply my eye shadow, eye pencil and eyeliner
STEP 4
