How I Approach Skincare in my 30s with Liferegen

Liferegen, Skincare

Let’s talk skincare! If there’s anything my 30s made me realize it is definitely one or two things about lifestyle and skincare. Being one of those people in my 20s who didn’t care much about skincare and felt my skin could survive by mere genetics, I have come to realize how far from the truth I was. As you age skincare products do matter and your routine should change.

Lately, my obsession with improving my skin with a routine has made me a lover of all things Liferegen. The skincare brand has a variety of well designed and appropriately scented products that elevates and rejuvenate the skin. One of the reasons people like me become obsessed with facial skincare in our 30’s is obviously to avoid aging and skin elasticity. There are various science mechanics around making people look younger facially, from micro-needling, botox, skin peel, and a wide-range of demanding things. But If you’re like me who likes the easy way out by relying on routine, Liferegen will make a world of difference.

How to Approach Skincare in your 30s?

In your 30s, the facial skin undergoes significant changes, as with most things about the female body post-puberty. Your skin’s repair process slows down and stress now rapidly contributes to dullness and increased wrinkles. And now the common advice of using more sunscreen becomes a ritual, retinol, and antioxidant-rich serums catch your interest because they maintain skin firmness. The realization of these things, increased my decision to invest more in skincare products. My recent go-to product is the Liferegen serum, which contains antioxidants and collagen properties and has been my favorite product to use after long work hours and the stress of adulting.

I wrote about being introduced to Liferegen a few months ago and I have not been disappointed since. Most Liferegen products are formulated with plant-based products like sesame seed oil, with anti-oxidant and collagen properties to reduce aging and skin wrinkles. The gist is that some people rely on Intense Pulsed Lights (IPL) to stimulate collagen growth and achieve the best skin result. But something I learned a while back while researching best skincare practices is that plant-based skincare products are better options if you are looking for anti- properties. So, if you are like me where my house is the one place I feel safe in making skincare decisions, then it is time to invest in some good products

My Skincare Routine

My morning routine starts with the Juvenate Skin Barrier Face Wash, which contains sesame seed oil, gardenia flower extract, aloe water, and potassium hydroxide. This face wash not only cleanses the skin but also maintains a healthy pH balance, leaving my skin feeling fresh and clean.

After washing my face, I apply the Juvenate Skin Barrier Serum, which contains niacinamide, collagen, and peptides to reduce pore size, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, and wrinkles. It’s amazing how this serum addresses a variety of skin concerns in a non-invasive way. The day and night lotions, enriched with ingredients like sodium hyaluronate, further enhance the effects of the face wash and serum.

My favorite thing is the moisture, and radiant look I get to have throughout the day and similar at same at night. And let’s not forget the lip treatment, which contains sesame oil, mineral oil, and menthol to keep my lips moisturized, plump, and radiant.

So, if you’re looking for skincare products that truly make a difference, I can’t recommend Life Regen enough. Their plant-based approach has got me hooked and transformed my skin for the better.”

Until next time, here in an Empire State of mind. *winks
