CHRISTMAS LOOKBOOK 2017 (DRESS THE PART)

Hello Loves, Christmas is here again and I do love to consider my Christmas lookbook special and something I look forward to creating. Y’all know how the Kardashian family take seriously their Christmas family photo? That’s how I feel about my Christmas lookbooks see HERE and HERE. I’ve had two others in the years prior to those and this year I continue the tradition.

My Christmas lookbooks are not so grand, but a representation of my feelings during the holiday season. This year I chose four looks for that and I hope y’all can share your thoughts

LOOK 1 Sultry.
There is something about silk lining underneath a chiffon material that gives a sexual appeal. Its more sultry, when its a black outfit. This holiday season, one of the best outfit choice and look, will be to pull this off for a date and keep it minimal. I loved the design detail of this dress from rampage
I got while thrifting at goodwill, for $8 which originally went for $70.

Look 2 Flirty

I know that floral print is usually left for spring, but I feel Christmas is all about happiness and what better way to look and feel happy than wearing floral. I love this outfit because you can style it in three different ways and still look fab.

LOOK 3 Corporate Chic:
Working at corporate organizations can be tricky, so you want to look fab and still pull out that look that screams Christmas.  This shimmer outfit and pants, which where a steal from value village, helped me achieve this look.

LOOK 4 Cool:

This is so me, I want to be the cool kid in the block. I am always a fan of a cotton print shirt and high waist-ed mom’s jeans. I love the faded look of the jeans, because it made the print pop. Going out for brunch in this is such a great idea, considering there will be lots of those this holiday season.

All items used to create this look, was gotten from thrift stores: Goodwill and Value village
To those in Nigeria, wearing this outfit will be perfect but to those in regions where the weather gets cold, a beautiful black or a colorful jacket to match your outfit will seal the look. This year I added one outfit to the usual three toned looks and I hope y;all love it. Which outfit is your best and most likely what you’ll wear?

A very kind friend helped take my Christmas lookbook photos: y’all follow her handle Here

Awwww! Shouts to your friend for taking your pictures she did an amazing job. You came through with all 4 looks as usual but my favorite is definitely the "Cool" look seeing as it's more my style. In second place, I'll take the "Corporate look" and the other 2 can follow respectively. I love how you showcased something for everyone as we all have varying style choices. Your shoes are also gorgeous and they don't even look like a thrift find.
Okay! I'm done now. Keep Slayspiring Grace Alex! <3 :*

Just read the last part about a friend helping out, when I initially read the post I was thinking of the stress involved in getting all these pictures. Thumbs up to your friend. Look 4 is my favorite and I'd rock the look as is from head to toe. I love the sheer kimono of look three however. Great shoes too, can't believe they were thrifted.

Great job with the Christmas lookbook. But my favorites have to be Look #3 and Look #4. I'm a sucker for monochromatic and, yes, brunch looks are much needed this holiday season.
